CENTURY CHAPEL'S SPECIAL EVENTS FOR FEBRUARY & MARCH 2003


      MEN'S DAY CELEBRATION - February 21-23, 2003

 The Men  of Century Chapel will celebrate Annual Men's Day on Friday, February 21 thru Sunday, February 23rd.  The Men's Day Theme is:  "Christian Men Seeking The Wayward Man." 

Friday, February 21st the men will host a Male Chorus Musical with Male Singing Groups from throughout the city of Sacramento participating.

Saturday, February 22nd the men will host a Prayer Breakfast starting at 9:00 am.

Sunday, February 23rd the men will finalize their Celebration. 

       At the Morning Worship their Guest Speaker will be Dr. Harold J. McCoy, Sr., a member of Bell Chapel CME Church, San Francisco, California.  Dr. McCoy is the National President of the Ministers and Layman's Council, as well as President of the Northern California Region Lay Department.

In the afternoon the three day celebration will conclude with a Special Program highlighted by a Special Guest Speaker, Mr. Clarence Cole, Sr. of Kansas City, Missouri.  He is a nationally known Educator and Administrator.

WOMEN DAY CELEBRATION - March 29-30, 2003

Century Chapel's Women will celebrate Women's Annual Day March 29- 30, 2003.  The Women's Day Theme is:  "Women Making a Spiritual Difference."

    The Women's main event will be a "100 Women in Hats Tea."  This will be on Saturday, March 29th at Belle Collidge Community Center.  The ladies are excited about this event and are looking forward to having a great celebration!

   Sunday, March 30th will conclude the Women's Celebration with a Special Afternoon Program.
