Praise
the Lord God Almighty for his is Worthy,
My cousin Valeria came home from the hospital on yesterday, she will need
to
have oxygen , so she has one of those portable oxygen tanks. But my
parents,
my cousin and uncle have all arrived home safely.
Horace Woodfork, the chemotherapy is shrinking the tumor, but as some of
you
already know chemo also destroys the persons immune system. So they have
to
really be careful about his contact with others. So they have now placed
him
at an isolation status in the hospital. Talked with Lucretia this morning
and she said that his blood pressure is up, but that his temperature was
down yesterday still up to about 100. They are going to remove the tube
from
his stomach which is where the tumor resides. His kidneys are functional
well. He is still dealing with the heck-ups. Today, every time that you
think about it send up a prayer on his behalf as the word say in James
5:14-15 " Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of
the
church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of
the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick and the Lord will
raise
him up......"
He is asking for your prayers. Lift him up. God bless you'll.
Please be in prayer for the family of Mr.
Charles Fuller, Connectional Steward Board President. Funeral services for
Mr. Fuller will be Friday, January 18th, at Israel Metropolitan CME Church in
Washington, DC.
Please pray for the Crawford Family.
They are in major crisis which has resulted in the homicide of a child.

This prayer
request is from young adult Twila Lewis White in Dayton. Some of you
have already received it, but the person for whom we are praying needs our
prayers throughout this weekend. Please continue to pray, because
the power of prayer changes things - Elizabeth Towns
